We make every effort to process and ship your order within 1-2 days from the receipt of your order (excluding holidays and weekends). The following delivery estimates are once your package has left the building.
Domestic Shipping
Delivery time depends upon your location, usually 2-10 days. We ship via USPS with insurance and delivery conformation.
International Shipping
Shipping on all international orders will not be figured but will be added onto your order when it is invoiced. Shipping charges on orders sent outside the continental US vary based on weight, destination & package value. We will choose the most efficient & economical option for your specific needs. If you have any questions or would like a shipping quote, we can be reached via Email from M-F, 10am-5pm EST.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Personal Checks (personal checks must be drawn on U.S. funds, shipping will be held pending clearance of funds.)
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 7 days. All returns are for store credit or replacement only and must be in good condition. Call 1-207-563-1919 or email cdelisle@midcoast.com for a Return Authorization number. Any package received without a Return Authorization number on the front of the package will be sent back to you.
